What if animals are around?
We generally suggest that animals are kept away during the cleaning session, as the cleaning products used can be harmful to them, and they can also be disruptive to the tasks we are undergoing.
If you do insist on your animals being present, please be aware that we are not responsible for any harmful toxins or any wasted time.
What if kids are around?
Please make sure children are supervised at all times, so our cleaners are able to work efficiently and in a timely manner.
Are all the cleaners vetted?
Yes, all of our cleaners are given full DBS checks when employed with us. Each cleaner will also have a photo ID which they will present to you upon arrival.
Can I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel outside the 24 hour period before your scheduled appointment and reschedule your clean for a more convenient time.
Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment?
No, all the equipment will be provided by the company.
What if the cleaner is late?
The time will be made up. If the cleaner is more than 20 minutes late, please contact the management team at email@example.com or on or calling 02036338437 or 07308027762.
What if the cleaner doesn’t show up?
Please let the management team know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 02036338437 or 07308027762. We will reschedule at your earliest convenience at a discounted rate.
What if something in my house is broken or damaged in my house?
We are covered by liability insurance. Please let the management team know on email@example.com or on calling 02036338437 or 07308027762 and we will contact you to get more information on the matter and arrange a refund.
What if I have a complaint or want to leave a commendation?
If you have any complaints, please use our contact form to message us. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 2-3 working days.
Do I need to be present while the cleaner is working?
No, but if you are not going to be there please leave the house keys somewhere safe or with a neighbour. While making your booking you can inform us of how we may obtain the keys.
Can we request the same cleaner again?
Yes, just select the cleaner of your choice while making your booking.
